Each COSMO pillow is carefully prepared before leaving our workshop.

In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours

When a product is temporarily unavailable, it can be handcrafted especially for you and shipped within approximately 4 weeks.  Please send us an email with your request on customercare@elias-world.com

Delivery times:

• Europe and the UK: 2–7 business days
• Outside Europe or UK: 2–10 business days

Shipping costs:

• Europe and the UK: Complimentary
• Outside Europe and the UK: €35
• Worldwide shipping on orders above €250 are complimentary.

RETURNS

We want you to choose with confidence.

If your item is not the right fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used bedding products cannot be returned.

Return costs:
• Europe and the UK: Complimentary
• Outside Europe and the UK: €35

COVERS & EXCHANGES

Our removable covers are designed to accompany your pillow over time.

Unused covers may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, allowing you to change colour or replace a cover while keeping your pillow perfectly suited to your travels.

If you need advice before or after your purchase, our Customer Care team will be delighted to assist you.
