ELIA HOUSE shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers may return eligible unused products within 14 days from the day following delivery, in accordance with our return policy.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

7. DEFECTIVE OR NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCTS

If a delivered product is defective or non-compliant, the customer must notify us within 1 month following delivery by email at:

ELIA HOUSE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or purchased products.

Our liability shall, in all circumstances, be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
